Step1: Confirm Custom Design

You should prepare your own designs and packaging designs, ai, psd, pdf and any other editable file form should be prepared. You need to make sure you have patents on your design, NDA is available for us to protect your exclusive.

Step2: Confirm Order Details

Choose fabric- Confirm nap mat quantity-  Confirm blanket quantity- confirm quotation as request

 

    Confirm order quantity:

    The order quantity is a very important factor in whether a cooperation ultimately starts is. As a nap mat manufacturing factory, bunnikinsclover has been long producing fleece nap mat in big quantities, but now with the global throw blanket business growing and we have cut down on the MOQ.

    Further, the order quantity can influence the price a lot. The more nap mat you wholesale, the big discount you will get. The Minimum order quantity varies with different fabric and design, so please confirm your ordering quantity for different designs and sizes with our sales team.

    Confirm nap mat size and color:

    Order quantity is a very important factor in determining whether or not a final collaboration begins. As a baby nap mat manufacturing plant, bunnikinsclover has long been a mass producer of wool nap mats, but now with the growth of our global business, we have reduced MOQ.

    In addition, order quantity has a big impact on price. The more baby nap mats you wholesale, the greater the discount. Minimum order quantities vary by fabric and design, so please check with our sales team to confirm order quantities for different designs and sizes.

    Confirm nap mat size and color:

    Tell us the size and color of the nap mat you need. Color accuracy is one of the most important things in custom manufacturing. Please provide us with the exact Pantone code to ensure color accuracy, or you can send us a color sample.

    Step3: Sampling & Approval
    Samples will be made according to your design and sent to you for approval.
    For custom manufacturing, sampling fee will be charged to cover our cost of the machine and nap mat fabric, but the samples are always free of charge and refundable after bulk order placed and only delivery fee will be charged.

    • Pay for the sampling fee, Trade Assurance and Paypal accepted;
    • Bunnikinsclover will start sampling and it will take about 7~15 days;
    • Sample will be sent to you and we will wait for your approval;
    • Revisions will be made if you are not satisfied with the sample nap mat;

    Step 4: Bulk order place, pay 30% upfront
    Step 5: Bulk Production
    Now, the bulk production starts, and it will take 30-55 days (depending on production schedule, maximum only for peak season).

    Step 6: PAY THE BALANCE

    Custom manufacturing is completed, and it’s time to pay the balance and then your custom nap mat will be shipped!

    Step 7: SHIPMENT

    You are supposed to choose the best way to ship your goods from our factory according to the order quantity and time.

    *Shipping fee for our product is always calculated by their Volume Weight.
