I REALLY wish this was thicker or more padded because it is gorgeous! I like the nonslip grips the bottom. It’s just SO thin that it doesn’t provide much when my baby is rolling. He is constantly crying from hitting his head on the floor and it would be just the same to put a blanket down. It’s a great size. If you’re using for older kids it’s fine as a little play area or if you’re using on a mat.

This is a nice size and padded playmat. Ideal for babies, pet or as an extra cushion. Good to know that it has non-slip backing for the mat to stay put on the floor. The size of 71"x59" is good enough, almost 5x6 rug. Also, very reasonably priced. And washable is a plus.

This baby play mat by Bunnikins & Clover which measures 71" x 59" is perfect for our big baby play pen. It gives a nice look to the play pen and gives a good a amount of cushion so that we do not have to worry about the hard floor and the baby getting hurt. The qualiy is really good and color and design is really nice. We really love the look of the rainbows.

I ordered this Bunnikins & Clover Baby Play Mat in the 71"x59" size, in the Moon & Stars print, which has a gray background with white stars and white crescent moons. I like this print because it doesn't scream "baby." That, and its neutral color scheme make it versatile in its range possible uses. It is quilted with a flat layer of batting between the cotton top layer and the bottom layer which has the rubber non-slip dots all over it. There isn't enough batting to make this mat fluffy like a comforter, but it feels nice and thick. The quality of workmanship is high, as evidenced by inspecting the seams, etc. I could use this mat as a loveseat/daybed protector, a washable floor mat for adults or children, a car seat or car surface protector/pad for pets or kids, an outdoor lounge bed cover when people want a clean, laundered surface to rest on, an outdoor bench throw cover to sit on, a picnic blanket, etc. It's so nice because it's non-slip, yet soft to the touch on the surface! I would definitely recommend this attractive play mat as a very useful baby gift, but I'd also recommend buying it to have on hand as a really useful household item whether you have young children or not. It is of high quality, it's attractive, and it's potential uses are many!
